1 You play sport
Your muscles are put under a lot of stress during exercise so it is really important to prepare and ensure you are flexible in the motion you are about to use in your sport.
2. Muscle imbalance
As a result of training some muscle groups more than others, then those you dont focus on, will not necessarily be as strong as those you do, so are more prone to injury.
3. You have poor flexibility
having poor flexibility leads to the muscles being used in the exercise/ sport not being able to handle the load in the movement carried out.
Always allow time to improve your flexibility / mobility for better muscular health.
