Semi private personal training is where you have your own work out but you work in a group of 3 people who have similar goals to yourself.

The benefits of this is that you still get the attention and care you would in a personal training session, but you also get the benefit of training with others who are at a similar stage of their fitness journey, where you can inspire and motivate each other to get the best results as well as the support of your coach/trainer.

The small group training is a non intimidating environment where you can work towards your goals, make new friends or train with current friends /family as well as enjoying the process at the same time.
